"The inclusion of Metal Slug 6 in the Anthology means that an already great package has just got a whole lot better", gasped Peter Rollinson of Ignition, as he jumped up and down on the anthology-making machine to squeeze in the latest material. Other games covered in the Anthology include Metal Slug 1, Metal Slug 2, Metal Slug X, Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug 4 and Metal Slug 5. Pictured in the new screenshots above, Metal Slug 6 sees characters from other titles such as Ikari Warriors and King of Fighters join the classic run-and-gun game. Metal Slug 6, which hit Japanese arcades this summer, has not yet been released in the rest of the world, and its inclusion means the decade-spanning Anthology has all its Slugs in a row. Publisher Ignition Entertainment has added Metal Slug 6 to its upcoming Metal Slug Anthology for the PSP.
